Introduction
The 99 % alumina ceramic spark ignition rods are widely used in ignition devise of combustion machine, boiler, etc. The electrode needle length can be produced according to customer requirements, the ceramic parts of electrode needle can be assembled according to the different requirements of customers.
The gap between the spark probe and the ground probe should be 1/8 inch. The probe should be clean and free of cracks, peeling and corrosion. Position the probe so that it is in the path of the gas flow. Remove the air valve from the circuit and open the device. If you see sparks tuning from the ceramic to the ground rod or bracket, replace the spark plug.
