Introduction
The high-temperature co-fired ceramic heating element is directly printed with resistance paste on the Al2O3 alumina ceramic green body, and then co-fired at a high temperature of 1600 degrees Celsius. Then the electrodes and lead wires are processed to produce a new generation of low-temperature heating elements. It has simple structure, rapid heating, fast temperature compensation, high power density, high heating temperature, which can reach more than 500 degrees Celsius, high thermal efficiency, energy saving, uniform heating, no open flame, safe use, long life, reduced power attenuation, heating circuit and air isolated.
It is resistant to acid and alkali and meets environmental protection requirements. It is widely used in daily life, industrial agriculture, communication, medical treatment, and environmental protection.
